Salad:
- 1 cup (250 mL) lettuce (Spring mix)
- 1 carrot, 1 turnip, 1 grated beet
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded collard greens
- 6 stalks of celery
- 1 bunch of chopped fresh parsley
- 6 endives
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper and its seeds
Vinaigrette:
- 1 cup (250 mL) olive oil
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) raw honey
- 1 C. (15 mL) Bragg seasoning or Damari sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) apple cider vinegar
