Raw carrot soup

  • 2 cups of carrot juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red pepper (or jalapeno)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • Cayenne, paprika and ginger powder to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
