Glow Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2 bowls

Smoothie Base Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops (approx. 1 tsp each) ACTUMUS VIBE
  • 1 ½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
  • ½ ripe avocado (for silkiness + healthy fats)
  • ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup fresh spinach1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey

Swirl-In:

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds soaked overnight in water with a pinch of blue spirulina

Toppings:

  • A handful of frozen wild blueberries (scatter for a pop of purple)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut crisps
  • A spoonful of the spirulina-soaked chia seeds
  • Optional: Fresh kiwi slices, hemp hearts or pieces of banana

 Instructions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all the smoothie base ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust coconut milk for your desired consistency—aim for thick but spoonable.
  2. Pour into two bowls.
  3. Gently swirl in the spirulina-soaked chia seeds using a spoon for a marbled look.
  4. Top with frozen blueberries, shredded coconut, coconut crisps, and any extras.
  5. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the glow!
