Vitality salad

This salad offers a deep cleansing of your body. It is ideal for helping the body eliminate toxins and purifying the liver.

6 to 8 servings

Salad:

  • 1 cup (250 mL) lettuce (Spring mix)
  • 1 carrot, 1 turnip, 1 grated beet
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded collard greens
  • 6 stalks of celery
  • 1 bunch of chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 endives
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper and its seeds

Vinaigrette:

  • 1 cup (250 mL) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. (45 ml) raw honey
  • 1 C. (15 mL) Bragg seasoning or Damari sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) apple cider vinegar

Store Vitality Salad in the fridge and eat it as often as possible!
