Posology	Adults : Take 1 to 2 droppers, 3 times a day. Can be consumed pure or mixed with water or juice.
Warnings	Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Contraindications	Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking anticancer, antidepressant [e.g., SSRIs], cardiovascular contraceptive, anticoagulant, anti-HIV agents, and/or drugs that suppress the immune system (immunosuppressants)
Known Adverse Reactions	Some people may experience drowsiness. Use caution if operating heavy machinery or other motorized vehicles, or if participating in any activity requiring mental alertness. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, nausea, restlessness and/or headache.
Caution	Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/physician if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are taking anxiolytic or anticonvulsant medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, if insomnia persists beyond 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption in combination with alcoholic beverages, or any other medication or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or any source of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are suffering from depression and/or depression-related illnesses.
