Adults: Take one vegicap in the morning and one at bedtime. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Do not use within 2 hours of taking another medicine Note: some people, by a slower metabolic rate, may experience slower results. In such a case, we recommend that you open the capsules and include the contents in your cleansing drink before trying to increase the dose. The digestive process of the vegetarian capsule may be slower in some people.

This product works really well if you’re experiencing constipation. I was including it along with my cleansing drink which has the aloe, bio flo 1 and chloroforce. Personally I don’t usually have issues with bowel movements and I found taking My cleansing drink and bio flo 2 was so much for my system. I’m happy to have it for days that I am eating more carbs etc to ensure I don’t have constipation.
