Return and exchange policy:

For this reason, any return or exchange of a product will only be accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided it is returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered to you. To obtain an exchange or credit on one or more products, they must be returned to Actumus. This measure also applies in the event that a bottle has been damaged. Without the return of said product(s), Actumus reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit even if it is a request submitted within the prescribed 5-day period.
