Ingredients	Wheat Grass, Barley Grass, Alfalfa Leaf, Barley Grass Juice, Oat Grass We carefully prioritize, as far as possible, the use of wild picked or organically grown ingredients in our products.
Posology	For adults: 2-3 teaspoons, once a day, in water or juice. Do not take with hot liquids.
Contraindications	Do not use if you have an history of systemic Lupuc Erythematosus, if you are pregnant. Do not use if safety cap is broken or missing.
Caution	Consult a healthcare practitionner before use if you are taking blood thinners, if you are under a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or if you are taking birth control medications. Keep out of reach of children.

Return and exchange policy:

All sales are final. We comply with Health Canada regulations. Our warehouse meets its standards, which ensures the quality and preservation of each product. For this reason, any return or exchange of a product will only be accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided it is returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered to you. To obtain an exchange or credit on one or more products, they must be returned to Actumus. This measure also applies in the event that a bottle has been damaged. Without the return of said product(s), Actumus reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit even if it is a request submitted within the prescribed 5-day period. Once this deadline has passed, Actumus will not accept any returns in order to preserve the quality of its products. In the event of a manufacturer recall, we will notify our customers.
