Fire Cider
Have you heard of fire cider?
This traditional preparation has long been used as a seasonal natural tonic.
Both warming and stimulating, and rich in natural ingredients, fire cider is easy to make at home and can be a great addition to a spring wellness routine.
Why fire cider in the spring?
Spring is often associated with a period of gentle “detox”, when many people aim to naturally support the body’s elimination processes after winter.
Thanks to its powerful ingredients, fire cider is traditionally appreciated for helping to:
- Stimulate digestion
- Support the body’s natural detoxification functions
- Provide plant compounds and antioxidants
- Help awaken the body and boost energy
Its tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet flavor makes it a refreshing tonic for seasonal transitions.
