Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup cooked butternut squash, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon Aloe-Max (Actumus product)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons raw honey or sweetener of choice
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
